I work in permanent and temporary positions in the Greater Montreal Region. <br>' <br>I am looking for a payroll technician for a 3-month, 1-day mandate in Downtown. This will be in charge of: <br> <br>- Process bi-weekly payroll in ADP <br>- Check and validate timesheets and adjustments <br>- Enter and update employee payroll data (new hires, departures, <br>- changes, membership in group insurance, FTQ, salary increases, retroactive payments, records of employment (ROE), leave). <br>- Work closely with HR to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of pay changes. <br>- Perform payroll variance analysis. <br>- Reconcile Manulife insurance invoices with payroll deductions. <br>- Reports: <br>- Provide various ADP reports to HR and managers (monthly headcount, time and attendance reports, etc.). <br>- Update the monthly vacation accumulation report.</p><p>Required skills: <br>● Strong analytical skills to resolve discrepancies and manage payroll issues. <br>● Proven experience using ADP. <br>● Good command of Excel (V searches, pivot tables). <br>● Knowledge of accounting (an asset). <br>● Minimum of 4 years of experience.</p>- LocationMontréal, QC
