Trust *Who We Are Looking For:* We are looking to hire a friendly and fast-learning receptionist who will be happy to assist our members and guests with a warm and welcoming attitude. The ideal candidate will be a great team player, supporting our reception team and collaborating with other departments. Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential. You will be responsible for the following duties: * Ensure all guests/visitors are signed in accordingly * Learn and understand Jonas program and other reception software * Process chits and keep records for guests * Issue access cards/ parking tokens to members and guests * Provide assistance to members * Operate the court booking systems * Operate the switchboard and answer the telephones quickly and professionally * Assist members to find courts to play *What you can expect from us: * · Competitive Hourly Wage and Gratuity Program · TLTC Staff Meal Benefits Plan .
