Come be apart of the newest culinary experience in Qualicum Beach! All of the Cooks are responsible for preparing, cooking and plating of menu items. Food quality is the primary focus. Core Responsibilities: ? Excellent Communication Skills, Verbal and Written ? Ensures the proper set up of the cooking line and that mis en place is prepared to the chef?s standards ? Ensures that all menu items are promptly prepared within reasonable time while ensuring quality standards are adhered to ? Commitment to teamwork ? Customer Service - You are an ambassador of the Brewery! ? Work Ethics ? Punctuality, Flexibility, Professional appearance ? Positive Attitude - Be polite and courteous to all guests and employees ?
