*The Role*
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven *B2B Outbound Sales Representative* to join our team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by building relationships with construction and events clients, promoting our range of portable toilets and complementary rental equipment, and closing deals. *Key Responsibilities*
* *Proactively identify and contact potential customers* in the construction and events sectors through cold calls, emails, and networking.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor for portable sanitation and rental solutions.
* Present and promote our full range of products, including portable toilets, handwashing stations, and related rental equipment.
* Develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs and create tailored rental packages to meet their specific requirements.
* Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, including preparing quotes and negotiating contracts.
* Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain and update CRM records to track interactions, opportunities, and progress toward sales goals.
* Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively.
*What We?re Looking For*
* *Experience:* 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in the construction, events, or equipment rental industries.
* *Skills:* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
* *Personality:* Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with a "hunter" sales mentality.
* *Tech Savvy:* Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and online meeting platforms.
* *Knowledge:* Familiarity with the construction and/or events industry is a strong asset.
* *Adaptability:* Willingness to learn our product range and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
