Job details
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities. Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs. Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff. Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment. Organize and maintain inventory. Oversee the preparation of reports. Supervision: 5-10 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Physically demanding. Large workload. Repetitive tasks. Standing for extended periods. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?.
