<p><b>Programmer CNC Machinist ? Senior</b></p><p><b><i>3Desco Groupe</i></b> is currently looking for a Programmer CNC Machinist ? Senior. We are located in different locations on the South Shore of Montreal (St-Mathieu-de-Beloeil and St-Hubert), in Montérégie (Granby) and in the greater Quebec City area (Lebourgneuf). We continue to grow by delivering custom products and services designed according to our rigorous quality control and operations management processes.</p><p><b>Job description:</b></p><p>As part of your duties, you must produce or repair precision parts using both equipment and ensure efficient operations in order to optimize manufacturing. You will also have to:</p><ul><li>Machine parts according to specifications using machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, saws;</li><li>Operate 3 to 5 axis machining centers or CNC lathes;</li><li>Program 3D parts in compliance with shop drawings;</li><li>Perform setup assemblies according to work instructions;</li><li>Work in a team and collaborate independently;</li><li>Test and verify compliance the quality of the parts manufactured using conventional measuring instruments and adjust the settings as needed;</li><li>Ensure the cleanliness of the workstation, the machine and the maintenance of the tools and measuring instruments provided;</li><li>Ability to use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, dial comparators, etc.;</li><li>Ability to read and understand a technical drawing and its tolerances;</li><li><strong> </strong>Perform daily preventive maintenance of the machine;<strong></strong></li><li><strong> </strong>Perform any other related tasks related to the positions.<strong></strong></li></ul><p><strong>Skills sought:</strong></p><ul><li>DEP in machining technology and ASP numerical control or equivalent experience;</li><li>More than 5 years of experience;</li><li>Master high-precision tolerances and cutting speeds according to the manufacturing method;</li><li>Bilingual (functional) is an asset;</li><li>Have a positive attitude;</li><li><strong> </strong>Be concerned about a job well done and have a sense of responsibility.<strong></strong></li></ul><p><b>Salary:</b>Starting at $33/hour<b> </b></p><p><b>Expected hours:</b>40 hours per week</p><p><b>Personal profile</b></p><ul><li><strong> </strong>Versatile;</li><li>Autonomous;</li><li>Respectful and honest;</li><li>Collaborative;</li><li>Aims for excellence and improve.<strong></strong></li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><strong> </strong>Competitive salary; </li><li>Group insurance;</li><li>RRSP retirement plan;</li><li>Paid vacations and statutory holidays;</li><li>Stimulating and dynamic work environment;</li><li>Professional development opportunities with paid training.<strong></strong></li></ul><p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p><ul><li><strong> </strong>Day shift from Monday to Friday at noon;</li><li>Evening shift from Monday to Thursday (4 days + bonus).<strong></strong></li></ul><p>If you are motivated, organized and committed to providing exceptional service, we would be delighted to welcome you to our team at <strong> <i>3Desco Groupe</i>. </strong><strong></strong></p><p></p>- LocationSaint-Mathieu-de-Beloeil, QC
