We are seeking an experienced and results-driven *Product Manager* with expertise in *cross-border e-commerce* and a deep understanding of the North American home goods market. The ideal candidate will lead product planning, development, and marketing strategies to drive growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance our market presence. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent project management skills, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
*Key Duties and Responsibilities*
* Define and implement product roadmaps aligned with the company's cross-border e-commerce objectives.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and market opportunities in the North American home goods sector.
* Collaborate with design, development, and sourcing teams to bring innovative products to market.
* Develop and manage online product listings optimized for cross-border platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Shopify).
* Monitor and analyze product performance metrics such as sales, profitability, and customer feedback to inform decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with North American market regulations, including safety standards and labeling requirements.
* Work closely with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to align strategies and ensure smooth product launches.
* Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.
* Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to update on product lifecycle milestones and performance.
* Incorporate customer feedback and reviews into product enhancements.
* Stay ahead of consumer trends and preferences in the home goods market to anticipate future needs.
*Qualifications and Requirements*
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
* 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in cross-border e-commerce or retail sectors.
* Proven knowledge of the North American home goods market, including trends, customer preferences, and key players.
* Familiarity with cross-border e-commerce platforms and logistics.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce management software.
* Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities to work with suppliers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
* A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value.
* Proactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* *Fluency in English and Mandarin is required*
* Understanding of North American consumer behavior and cultural nuances.
