Edmonton Catholic Schools is accepting applications for a primary teacher (Grade 1 - 4) at Kisiko Awasis Kiskinahamawin. Kisiko Awasis Kishinahamawin is located in the Grave Flats area, in west-central Alberta, approximately 3.5 hours from Edmonton. This position is a temporary, full-time, 1.0 FTE position with an expected end date of January 01, 2025.<p>Edmonton Catholic Schools requires all teachers (substitutes and contract teachers) to be Catholic unless specialized in the following areas:<p><p> Career and Technology Studies (CTS) and Career and Technology Foundations (CTF)<p> Lived Indigenous Experiences<p> Languages (Cree, French, Spanish, and Ukrainian)<p> Music (Elementary and Secondary)<p> Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (Must be major)<p><p>Interested candidates that have a Bachelor of Education Degree and a valid Alberta Teaching Certificate are encouraged to apply.
