We welcome autonomous and semi-autonomous residents. Join our team now as a Beneficiary Attendant.<BR><BR>TEMPORARY position (indefinite sick leave replacement) full-time between 24 and 32 hours per week, evenings from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and every other weekend.</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Adhere to standards and legislation in accordance with private seniors' home certification and the code of ethics</li><li>Answering call bells</li><li>Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around</li><li>Delivering messages to the nursing staff</li><li>In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .</li><li>Promote and advocate for proactive care among residents</li><li>Respond to all emergency situations</li><li>While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>Good communication</li><li>Knowledge of Symo software (an asset)</li><li>Law 90 training</li><li>Up to date CPR / AED training certificates</li><li>PDSB training</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Salary according to the collective agreement in force</li><li>Uniform provided</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Referral Program</li><li>Applicable government premium of $ 4</li><li>Evening Premium applicable at $0.40/hour</li><li>Sick days and time off for family obligations</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Social Club activities, gifts and substantial discounts</li><li>Human management approach</li><li>A welcoming and tight-knit team!</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Temporary: Full Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Evening</div>- LocationSaint-Jérôme, QC
