<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>Travel Consultant at Academy Travel Service Inc is looking for a full-time Sales Marketing Manager who is ready for the journey to help our clients create lasting memories by turning their vacation dreams into reality. </strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements</strong></li><li><strong>Assess customer needs and wants; answer customer questions and concerns</strong></li><li><strong>Provide appropriate product recommendations on destinations, accommodations, and transportation</strong></li><li><strong>Foster positive, long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional post-sale support and ensuring their satisfaction.</strong></li><li><strong>Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide customers with the best, most accurate information possible</strong></li><li><strong>Handle customer phone calls and emails in a polite, professional, and prompt manner</strong></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Minimum 3 years experience with Amadeus GDS system </strong></li><li><strong>Multilingual both written & verbal</strong></li><li><strong>Excellent communication and customer service skills</strong></li><li><strong>Knowledge of travel booking systems and software Amadeus</strong></li><li><strong>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</strong></li><li><strong>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment</strong></li></ul></div>Company Description<div>Academy Travel Services Inc.
