*ABOUT THE ROLE:*
· Co-ordinate, submit & distribute shop drawings, samples and mock-ups.
· Receive and distribute site instructions, requests for information and CCN?s.
· Coordinate and prepare all change management submittals.
· Coordinate subcontract distribution and return of subcontracts.
· Review and cost code project invoices.
· Maintain project document management.
· Attend, type and distribute meeting minutes.
· Assist Project Managers with project close-out document management, including deficiency lists and preparing Maintenance Manuals.
· Participate in project post-mortems.
· Distribute consultant inspection/field review reports as required.
· Attend daily team huddles.
· Other duties as requested.
*YOUR QUALITIES INCLUDE:*
· Experience as an administrator, project coordinator or similar role in the construction industry.
· Demonstrated coordination and administrative skills.
· Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with excellent abilities to multi-task and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
· Strong computer skills in such areas as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel.)
· Jonas Premier or similar construction software experience an asset.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Resourceful, flexible, and well organized.
