May represent Human Resources on community leadership team. Provides HR expertise to senior leaders. Services as a mentor providing guidance to other HR Partner Organization colleagues. Translates their thorough knowledge of healthcare into HR best practices for the clients, focusing on change management, leadership development, succession planning, operational effectiveness and employee relations.
