Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Food service establishment. Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Hire food service staff. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys. Establish work schedules. Supervision: 3-4 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Safe Food Handling certificate.
