Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort. Tasks: Establish operational procedures. Select and purchase equipment and supplies. Plan and co-ordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews. Supervise staff. Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met.
