Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Address customers' complaints or concerns. Answer inquiries and provide information to customers. Explain the type and cost of services offered. Issue receipts and other forms. Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services.. Perform general office duties. Receive payments. Security and safety: Basic security clearance. Bondable. Credit check. Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Repetitive tasks. Standing for extended periods. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?.
