Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation . Address customers' complaints or concerns. Prepare and submit reports. Establish work schedules. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Cost products and services. Conduct performance reviews. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms. Provide customer service. Organize and maintain inventory. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Health benefits: Dental plan.
