*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated *Business Development Officer* to join our team for *Fundraising*.
*Building Capacity by enhancing Operational management effectiveness and efficiency.* *Review existing digital infrastructure and activities, including* *to identify gaps and opportunities to acquire and retain financial support. *IT skills in Programming, Operating system, Data analysis, Computing, Graphics design, MS, Email communication, marketing automation social media analytics develop software and website management. Research, author reports, overseeing development and implementation of various programs resources, and activities; (e.g. focus groups). Co-develop fundraising plan, social marketing strategies/grant writing activities. Works with experts on, policies, and procedures.
*Duties*
* *Fundraising by reaching out to individuals and corporates *
* *Fundraising by developing* *tools, templates for fundraising*
* Proficient in IT technical skills/soft Skills (e.g. cybersecurity, data analysis, coding, web content, press releases, social media management (e.g marketing)
* Develop/implement programs/tools, facilitates in-service training/ orientation
* Ensures project runs smoothly, deliverables are captured/reported to funder.
* Manage program budgets and ensure financial accountability
* Minimum 2 years? experience in *Business Development Officer/Marketing*
* Supervise program activities and ensure compliance with regulations
* Build/maintain relationships with community partners, staff, CEO, volunteers
* Provide administrative support for program operations
* Upgraded infrastructures and digital platforms, (e.g. integrated and automated operational processes, service delivery and beta testing, and program KPIs and deliverables/evaluation tools.
* Facilitate focus groups of all stakeholders, to pick their brains, and get their input/feedback to ensure that all voices are included in the change process
* Available for evenings/weekends meetings/ event based on operational needs
* *A police background check is required. Office location -TBD-Ability to drive is an asset.*
*Skills*
* Strong relationship management skills· Effective communication (verbal and written) skills fluency in English essential, proficiency in writing, research, reports, and evaluation.
* Degree in English or other related field and multi-channel digital programming experience, grant writing, project/fundraising proposals, research/reports, press conferences, newsletters, media campaigns, annual Report, .
* Proficient in IT, managing and providing support for webinars, website upgrading, SEO
* Knowledge of beta testing, and program KPIs, deliverables/evaluation tools.
* *I*dentify list of training, workshops and resources for staff, volunteers, clients and partners to upload to LMS and training.
* Proficiency in program development and management, social media analytics develop software and website management fundraising/marketing strategies
* Cultural diversity an asset; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, one drive, share point etc.
* Excellent supervisory and budgeting skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35,000.00-$37,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 per week
