Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Manage staff and assign duties. Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales. Implement price and credits policies. Develop and implement marketing strategies. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Determine staffing requirements. Plan and arrange for trade shows and exhibits. Assess business opportunities and develop strategies. Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Monitor staff performance . Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently.
