Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Work setting: School or educational institution/establishment. Tasks: Direct and control construction projects. Plan and organize construction projects. Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility. Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs. Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff. Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment. Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervision: 5-10 people.
