The Cafe at Oakridge Garden Centre is looking to hire a responsible employee with commercial baking experience to work alongside Oakridge staff in our commercial baking kitchen. Our role needs include: \* Commercial baking experience \* Preparing yeast baking such as ciabatta, focaccia and other breads \* Preparing high quality pastries, cinnamon buns, cakes, cheesecakes and pies \* Has knowledge in working with gluten friendly / free recipes \* Preparing soups and quiche daily \* Food Handlers Certificate \* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and multi-task \* Strong leadership Skills with the ability to work efficiently and independently \* All shifts - day shifts that are flexible in start time and length - 4days/week to start - seasonally - full time \* Wage discussion based on experience. \* We are looking for an applicant that is seeking a career and is excited for the opportunity to continue to grow our cafe/restaurant alongside management. \*Join our team and showcase your talent in the art of baking.
