*Position Summary:*
As a New Business Developer at Green Sky Roofing, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. This role is pivotal in driving new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. If you are a motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for sales and client satisfaction, we want you on our team.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:*
- Identify and research potential clients and markets.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, networking events, and online research.
*2. Client Relationship Management:*
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand clients' roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
*3. Sales and Business Development:*
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Close new business deals and exceed sales quotas.
*4. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:*
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
*5. Communication and Reporting:*
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, leads, and pipeline status.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
6. Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies and ensure seamless project execution.
- Share market feedback and customer insights with internal teams to improve services and offerings.
7. Compliance and Ethics:
- Conduct all business activities with integrity and adhere to ethical standards.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
8. Continuous Learning and Development:
- Stay updated on industry best practices and sales techniques.
- Participate in training and professional development programs as required.
*Main Targets:*
- Secure Contracts with Insurance Vendors in Calgary:
- Establish relationships with 4-6 insurance vendors.
- Negotiate partnerships to include Green Sky Roofing in their preferred vendor list.
- *Weekly Property Manager Prospecting:*
- Engage with property management companies within Calgary.
- Maintain regular communication with property managers.
