Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Transportation. Tasks: Develop specific plans to prioritize. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Oversee operational logistics of the organization. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Prepare and submit reports. Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. Arrange for maintenance and repair work. Recruit and hire staff. Arrange training for staff. Conduct performance reviews. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Access. MS Excel. MS Outlook. MS Word. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
