Job details
Duties will include, but are not limited to: welcoming patients; telephone triage, answering and referring inquiries appropriately; scheduling patients and specialist referrals; maintaining patient electronic medical records; expediting 3rd party claims for billing. Bilingualism (French/English) is preferred as we have many French speaking patients. A successful candidate will have some experience with a multi-line telephone system; be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel; have very good to excellent typing speed and accuracy. Experience with an electronic medical records system would be considered an asset. Experience is not necessary but considered an asset. Training will be provided. A Police Check will be required by the employment start date. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $16-$17.00 per hour Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 ? 40 per week Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Weekends as needed Language: * French minimum level - conversational (required) Work Location: In person- LocationOttawa, ON
