Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Relocation costs not covered by employer. Tasks: Load and off-load machines. Cut fabric or layers of fabric to specifications. Push carts, trucks or cans of fibres from one work area to another. Clean machines and immediate work areas. Assist machine operators and other textile workers as required. Examine products for defects to ensure adherence to quality standards. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Ability to distinguish between colours. Fast-paced environment. Weight handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs). Personal suitability: Accurate. Initiative. Organized. Team player. Dependability.
