The Regional Sales Manager for North America is a key member of the Sales team and is directly responsible for driving sales growth throughout North America.
This individual is responsible for building strategic business relationships, achieving quarterly/annual sales goals, and implementing direct sales and channel sales strategies throughout North America.
This position works closely with the VP of Sales and is part of the front-line customer facing group that works directly to engage with Providius customers, channel sales and technical partners.
*Position Overview: *
The Regional Sales Manager for North America will be instrumental in accelerating the growth of Providius? business within the media and entertainment market. This role involves cultivating robust customer relationships, formulating and implementing strategic sales objectives, and managing partner relationships effectively within the region.
*Responsibilities:*
* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for media and entertainment industry clients and channel partners in the United States and Canada, focusing on increasing customer engagements and sales within the territory.
* Lead the creation and execution of key account plans, ensuring effective collaboration with our channel sales and technical partners to drive growth.
* Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities to management.
* Meticulously maintain, use and leverage our corporate CRM.
* Assist customers in adopting to new agile working methods using software-based Network Performance Management and Cybersecurity solutions.
* Contribute to the overall goals and initiatives of the Global Sales Team.
*Ideal Candidate Profile:*
* Prior experience in sales or commercial development within a broadcast/media-focused B2B environment.
* Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
* Confident, energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about developing relationships.
* Essential experience and understanding of broadcast workflows, either through design or operation.
* Familiarity with IT networking models and their application in the media and broadcast industry is highly desirable.
*Qualifications:*
* Degree education or equivalent.
* Proven experience in sales or commercial development within a broadcast/media-focused B2B environment.
* Ability to effectively interface with multiple tiers of customer organizations, including C-level executives such as COO, CTO, and CFO.
* In-depth knowledge of the broadcast or media industry, with a thorough understanding of broadcast workflows.
* Familiarity with IT networking and IP technology and their application in the media and broadcast industry is highly desirable.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts.
* Confident, energetic, and outgoing, with strong networking abilities both in person and remotely.
* Availability for travel as required.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

Pay: $150,000.00-$175,000.00 per year
