Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers. Order supplies and equipment. Inspect kitchens and food service areas. Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization. Determine the size of food portions and costs. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Food Safety Certificate. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.- LocationCalgary, AB
