Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs. Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions. Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments. Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs. Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions. Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years. Support for persons with disabilities: Applies accessible and inclusive recruitment policies that accommodate persons with disabilities . Support for newcomers and refugees: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) . Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Veterans: Recruits Veterans and other candidates with military experience through targeted hiring initiatives (for example: job fairs, outreach programs etc.) . Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers . Support for mature workers: Applies hiring policies that discourage age discrimination .
