We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Window Blinds Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design, a keen eye for detail, and a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships. As a Window Blinds Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial consultation to final installation.
*Duties & Responsibilities:*
* Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on window blinds and coverings.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, including materials, styles, colors, and installation options.
* Guide customers through the sales process, from initial consultation and measurement to product selection and order placement.
* Prepare and present accurate quotes, ensuring transparency and clarity in pricing and product options.
* Maintain regular contact with customers to update them on order status, address any concerns, and ensure satisfaction with their purchase.
* Assist in maintaining the showroom's appearance, ensuring displays are current, clean, and visually appealing.
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
* Work closely with the installation team, customer service, and other sales staff to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
*Knowledge and Skills:*
* Previous sales experience, preferably in home furnishings, interior design, or a related field.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
* An understanding of interior design principles and trends is highly desirable.
* Ability to learn and work with Pref-Suite (in-house Estimating software)
* Positive, proactive, and customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
* Proficient with MS Office suite with good Excel skills.
* Works with a sense of urgency, is well organized and capable of meeting deadlines.
* Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
