We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our power generation team. The ideal candidate will have experience with power generation ,generators, batteries, inverters. This role is critical in ensuring that our engineering solutions meet both internal standards and regulatory compliance for safety and efficiency.

*Electrical Engineer Key Responsibilities will be;*
* Design and Development: Contribute to the design and development of electrical systems for power generation projects, focusing on generators, switchgear, and their interconnection with Utility.
* Switchgear Design: Design and analyze switchgear systems to ensure seamless integration and operation within power generation setups.
* Specification Writing: Prepare clear and detailed construction specifications, ensuring they align with project requirements and industry standards.
* Project Management: Assist in managing projects from inception through completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure to ensure timelines and budgets are adhered to.
* Compliance and Safety: Ensure all designs and specifications meet regulatory compliance and safety standards applicable in the power generation industry.
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including other engineers, project managers, and construction staff, to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
* Technical Support: Provide technical support during the construction and implementation phases, resolving issues related to design and specifications.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations in power generation and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems and processes.

*Qualifications*
* Bachelor?s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
* Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation or eligibility as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT).
* Experience with generators, power systems, and switchgear design is highly preferred.
* Strong ability to write and interpret construction specifications.
* Proven track record in project management and design development.
* Excellent problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* AutoCAD and or Eplan
