*The Role:*
The Inside Sales Representative role is largely promotional sales & customer service focused. Key responsibilities include growing business with existing & new clients while keeping up with new promotional products and industry trends. The candidate must have previous sales experience, a keen eye for detail, and strong computer skills with knowledge and experience in MS Office. Candidates must have great communication skills and the ability to stay organized, multi-task efficiently and respond to customer inquiries in a timely fashion. *You Are:*
* A friendly professional with a positive and courteous attitude to represent Elite to our clients.
* Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
* Highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail.
* An effective team player who is also self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Able to communicate effectively.
* Adept at problem-solving.
* Able to think creatively and critically, learn quickly, be flexible and adaptable.
* Proficient in project management with the ability & aptitude to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Meeting, communicating and establishing friendly relations with all clients.
* Proactively and reactively source promotional products to fit the client?s budget, brand and timeline.
* Creating quotes & proposals for clients in a timely manner.
* Partnering with other departments to assess & manage project timelines.
* Liaising with suppliers on any project concerns.
* Resolving client issues using professional strategies and communication skills.
*Additional Job Details:*
* Hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
* Closed for statutory holidays and extended holiday hours through December to January.
* Hourly rate of pay with additional Bonus Program.
* Must be able to work overtime if required.
* Health & dental plan available.
*Additional Assets (Not required):*
* Prior experience in the promotional product industry.
* Post-secondary education in sales or marketing.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
