Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Manage staff and assign duties. Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales. Determine merchandise and services to be sold. Implement price and credits policies. Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale. Develop and implement marketing strategies. Determine staffing requirements. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Oversee payroll administration. Conduct performance reviews. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for youths: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth.
