<p>Founded in 2001, Fed Finance is a recruitment agency that is specialized in accounting and finance positions. <br>Our consultants are finance experts and speak your language. <br>We select the best candidates for temporary and permanent positions. <br>We are committed to working with you throughout your job search and beyond!</p><p>Client dans le secteur manufacturier</p><p>Hello, I'm Charlotte, Recruitment and Business Development Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance, accounting and payroll. <br> <br>I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area. <br>Our team of finance experts speaks your language and works in your environment. <br> <br>I'm looking for a Credit Manager for one of our clients in Ville St Laurent. <br> <br>Your responsibilities will include : <br>- Maintain good business relations with customers, while respecting performance standards and <br>performance standards and objectives, to promote customer loyalty <br>- Manage the amount of credit to be granted to customers, based on creditworthiness assessment, <br>and on the basis of the company's credit approval policies and matrix <br>- Monitoring the timely collection of accounts receivable to limit the risks associated <br>associated with bad debts <br>- Ongoing verification and monitoring of customer credit histories with financial institutions <br>institutions or credit associations <br>- Maintain up-to-date financial information in customer files <br>- Reconciliation of accounts receivable activity with the general ledger to ensure <br>integrity of financial statements <br>- Monthly reports on customer account activity, account age and collections <br>- Management of procedures according to corporate group guidelines, interpretation of <br>regulations and legislation concerning financing and/or the rights and obligations of <br>rights and obligations <br>- Mediation, supporting business unit managers in settling litigation</p><p>- University degree (Commerce, Administration) or equivalent <br>- 5 years' experience in accounts receivable management combined with 3 years' experience in <br>personnel management <br>- Fluency in French and English <br>o Skill level: intermediate in speaking, writing and reading <br>o Frequency: weekly <br>o Purpose: Communications with U.S. corporate group as well as with customers <br>outside Quebec regarding customer accounts <br>- Strong communication and negotiation skills <br>- Good knowledge of computer systems <br>- Entrepreneurial, results-oriented <br>- Leadership (rallying, mobilizing, guiding, influencing)</p>
