Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Asset languages: Spanish; Castilian. Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations . Establish and implement policies and procedures. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies. Manage contracts. Manage training and development strategies. Advise senior management. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Recruit and hire staff. Conduct performance reviews. Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury. Supervision: 3-4 people. Technical terminology: Human resources. Experience: 5 years or more.
