Waymarker Hospitality is looking for housekeepers to live and work in beautiful Canmore. Wages are generous and based on experience and shared accommodation is available! _Full or Part Time Hours! Work from 16-44 hours a week!_ _Why Waymarker?_ * Waymarker runs 6 unique properties in Canmore * There are Full Time and Part Time positions available * Baseline Starting Wage is $17/hr * Discounts at all of our hotels and The Miners Lamp Pub * The chance to visit our sister properties in Golden British Colombia and Waterton Lakes National Park * There is room for advancement in our company. * Staff Accommodation available for rent _Some of the job duties include but are not limited to:_ * Cleaning rooms and Suites- Dusting, vacuuming, replacing linen and amenities, making beds, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens. * Assisting guests with linens and other amenities _Requirements:_ * Must be able to work as a team as well as an individual * Must be able to, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20lbs * Must be able to read, write and communicate in English. * Must have an eye for detail. * Ability to stand, walk, and crouch for long periods of time. * Some housekeeping experience encouraged but not necessary * Previous customer service and housekeeping experience is an asset Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour _*Visa Requirements:*_ _Applicant must hold the proper work authorization to be legally eligible to work in Canada._ Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Discounted or free food * Flexible schedule * Life insurance * On-site parking Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Holidays * Monday to Friday * Overtime * Weekends as needed Supplemental pay types: * Bonus pay * Overtime pay Experience: * cleaning: 1 year (preferred) Language: * English (required) Licence/Certification: * Drivers Licence (required) * Canadian Work Permit or Canadian Residency (required) Work Location: In person- LocationCanmore, AB
