We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Bookkeeper and Order Desk Specialist.
*Job Description:*
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to handle administrative tasks, bookkeeping, and order desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management, ordering, and customer communication.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage daily administrative and bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
* Process and track orders from suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
* Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to avoid stockouts and overstock.
* Communicate effectively with customers to provide order updates, resolve issues, and handle inquiries.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
* Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
* Manage office supplies, correspondence, and other administrative duties.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in administrative roles, bookkeeping, and order desk tasks.
* Familiarity with supply chain management and ordering processes.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of furniture and appliance retail is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50-$23.00 per hour
