l *Key Responsibilities :*
*1. Sales Strategy and Planning *
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
* Set sales targets and KPIs for the sales team.
*2. Account Management *
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with major clients.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
*3. Revenue Growth *
* Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
* Develop and implement promotional and marketing strategies to increase sales.
* Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
*4. Budget Management*
* Develop and manage the sales budget.
* Monitor expenditures and ensure sales activities are within budget.
*5. Team Leadership and Management*
* Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
* Provide coaching and mentorship to sales representatives to enhance their performance.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
l *Qualifications :*
* Fluency in English and Korean is preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
* A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a related field or role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, is required
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
* Strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and competitor analysis.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
* Experience in budget management and forecasting. Leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and motivate a sales team.
* Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business development. Knowledge of aesthetic injectables or related medical products is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
