Our focus on personalized care, expertise in compounding, natural remedies, travel medicine, respiratory disease management, and diabetes management sets us apart in the industry. *Job Description:* We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for excellent customer service to join our team as a Part-Time Clinical Pharmacist. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a deep commitment to patient care, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. *Key Responsibilities Include:* * Providing exceptional pharmacy care to all patients * Conducting comprehensive medication reviews * Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient care * Counseling patients on medication use, side effects, and interactions * Compounding personalized medications as needed * Managing chronic disease programs, including diabetes and respiratory disease management * Advising on natural remedies and travel medicine * Implementing and adhering to pharmacy policies and procedures to improve practice * Supporting the pharmacy team with clinical activities and mentorship *Requirements:* * A valid Pharmacist license in Alberta * Three years or more experience as a pharmacist * Strong knowledge of prescriptions, compounding, and natural remedies * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills * Ability to connect with patients and foster strong relationships * Proficiency with Kroll pharmacy software * Team player with a focus on achieving goals and objectives * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment *Benefits:* * Competitive compensation package * Opportunity to be part of a passionate team dedicated to providing personalized patient care * Work in a supportive environment where your contributions are valued * Continuous learning and development opportunities If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and personalized pharmacy services, we want to hear from you!
