Let's create a healthier future together! *FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:* 1. Responsible for triaging patients. 2. Assess, diagnosis, treat, and support patients presenting new or pre-existing health conditions or concerns. 3. Record accurate details in patients chart including medical history, symptoms, changes in their health, and observations. 4. Administer vaccines, immunizations, and inoculations to patients. 5. Perform blood draws, specimen retrieval, and other laboratory tests. 6. Maintain and prepare clean, orderly, and professional treatment rooms (before & after each patient); that is well stocked in preparation for the next patient. 7. Completes all paperwork, follow-ups, submits referrals, charts, data entries, files, and patient treatment forms accurately and in a timely fashion. 8. Participates in patient follow-ups, test results, and referrals to best suit patients care. 9. Participates in the ordering and restocking of medical inventory. 10. Responsible for attending all training sessions offered by Jack Nathan Health related to this position. 11. Takes an active interest in continuing education and personal development as it relates to the role of Nurse Practitioner 12.
