Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Urban area. Restaurant. Tasks: Short order cooking and food preparation. Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations. Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
