The successful candidate will be the first point of contact within our office and will work closely with our staff providing administrative support. Having a strong attention to detail and being able to manage your time effectively will be the keys to success in this position. Thorpe Construction is a leading commercial and industrial concrete company based out of Brandon, Manitoba and has been in business since 1996. Come join our team! *Pay*: Hourly $17 - $22 depending on experience *Job type:* Full-time, flexible work schedule *Benefits:* Health spending account that includes dental, vision, and extended health care. RRSP plan, professional development account, vacation, sick time, and personal days *Key Responsibilities Include* - Answering phones and directing calls - Incoming/outgoing mail - Filing - Daily call sheets - Assisting with accounts payable and receivable - Assisting the company?s human resources needs - Assisting all departments where needed - Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication *The successful candidate should possess the following skills:* ? Business or office administration diploma, certificate or equivalent experience ? Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment ? Ability to multi-task ? Outstanding attention to detail ? Great work ethic ?
