It's currently 100% free to join as a consultant: we work on a revenue sharing basis, so earn only when you successfully sell your products & services.**</em></p><p><strong>**NOW SEEKING EXPERIENCED HR ADVISORS & CONSULTANTS**</strong></p><p><strong>Key Activities</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with clients by helping them understand their HR needs and develop customized solutions that fit their challenges.</li><li>Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans.</li><li>Assist clients in preparing and implementing HR regulations, standards, employee handbooks & policies, and plans to help the organization achieve its goals and objectives.</li><li>Act as a hands-on strategic advisor and participate in designing and implementing HR processes and systems, ensuring compliance with the updated international standards and laws.</li><li>Review a company's human resources practices and programs and make plans for strategic changes.</li><li>Lead, consult, and advise with honesty, authenticity, and integrity in addressing situations that can be challenging and interesting</li><li>Define, plan, create, and implement the tools and resources needed for the organization to reach its goals</li><li>Evaluate client needs and assist them with a successful plan</li><li>Offer your knowledge about the most relevant business concepts and strategies of benefit</li><li>Listen, understand, analyze, evaluate, advise, train, support-and execute as necessary-to help clients succeed</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Drive Impactful Outcomes: </strong>Leverage your expertise to deliver measurable improvements in client operations, driving efficiency and innovation.
