Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Work setting: Restoration. Tasks: Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Prepare expense and income reports. Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports and records. Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment and uniforms. Carry out administrative and clerical activities (record keeping, scheduling etc.). Answer inquiries and provide information to customers. Document and prepare invoices and work orders. Co-ordinate and monitor conference and meeting activities and attend to related details. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Prepare draft agendas for meetings and take, transcribe and distribute minutes. Computer and technology knowledge: Sage Accounting Software. MS Excel. MS Outlook. MS PowerPoint. MS Word.
