Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Plan and prepare work schedules. Plan and manage budgets. Perform various trade work during home construction or renovation activities. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Train staff. Develop and implement business plans. Develop and implement financial and operating plans. Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation and restoration projects. Work with customers, architects and engineers regarding plans and specifications. Ensure that construction permits are obtained. Develop and implement health and safety plans. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.- LocationSurrey, BC
