Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Tasks: Train workers in duties and policies. Prepare and submit reports. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Access. MS Excel. MS Outlook. MS PowerPoint. MS Word. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment.
