Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and service. This is a key leadership role within our restaurant, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about food, has strong management skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations - Manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies - Train and supervise kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations - Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop menus and specials - Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards - Handle customer complaints or concerns regarding food quality or service - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Skills: - Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Proven experience in restaurant management or similar role within the food industry - Excellent leadership and supervisory skills - Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Effective communication skills to work with staff and interact with customers If you are a motivated individual with a passion for the culinary arts and have the skills necessary to lead a successful kitchen team, we would love to hear from you.
