Perform a range of esthetician services, including facials, waxing, and skincare treatments, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene. ? Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and products based on individual needs. ? Create a serene and inviting atmosphere, promoting relaxation and overall well-being for our clients. ? Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and on our skincare products to provide the latest and most effective treatments. ? Build strong client relationships, addressing concerns and offering aftercare advice to extend the benefits of each treatment. ? Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to spa cleanliness protocols. Qualifications ? Valid esthetician license in Alberta. ? Proven experience in delivering exceptional esthetician services, preferably in a high- end spa or salon environment. ? In-depth knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and current industry trends. ? Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients. ?
