Queensville Sod is looking for an AZ/DZ Truck driver to deliver Aggregates/Soils/Sod and bagged soils throughout the GTA! Enjoy working close to home, a fast pace seasonal job! The responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Operate DZ Slinger/Roll Off/Water/Straight Trucks (willing to train the right candidate) as well as but not necessary AZ tractor Trailer truck for various deliveries. Moffat experience is considered an asset. * Always ensure a safe work environment for themselves and others * Conduct pre-shift safety inspection of equipment and vehicles * Ensure proper maintenance of equipment. * Other duties as required by management. Queensville Sod expects the following from you: * Have a minimum of 2 years? experience working with AZ and/or DZ Trucks (previous moffat experience an asset). * Must drive Manual Transmission. * Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to accept schedule changes as required. * Enjoy working in a team environment * Ability to work independently or as part of a team * Willingness to work holidays as required. * Ability to work in all weather conditions and the construction environment. Queensville Sod is offering a competitive salary along with benefits after 3 months of service and RRSP contribution matching after 6 months of service. Majority of our employees have been with the company 5 + years. Apply today!
