Deliver babies and provide pre-natal and post-natal care. Advise patients on health care. Hire and train staff. Supervise staff. Report births, deaths, contagious and other diseases to government authorities. Be the patient advocate. Co-ordinate or manage primary patient care. Provide acute care management.
