Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Operate heavy equipment. Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks. Measure distance, volume, length and weight. Complete onboard and other logs. Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment. Operate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment. Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment. Operate hydraulic pumping systems. Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications.
