Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work setting: Construction. Various locations. Commercial. Millwork/pre-fab shopwork. Residential. Tasks: Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements. Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials. Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. Equipment and machinery experience: Hand tools. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Handling heavy loads. Large workload. Physically demanding. Tight deadlines. Work with minimal supervision. Personal suitability: Accurate. Team player. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Financial benefits: As per collective agreement.- LocationEtobicoke, ON
